Brokers are institutions or individuals licensed by the Exchange to introduce Sub-Brokers and Clients in accordance with the Exchange's criteria. They act as a market facilitator for traders, providing advisory services, keeping their sub-brokers and clients up to date and informed about any concerns about trading opportunities, handling grievances, and ultimately connecting clients with the Clearing House and Exchange.
